About Captain Tommy
Hello, my name is Captain Tommy Collins, and I would like to invite you on a guided fishing trip or a nature tour. I have lived, worked, and fished along the world famous St. Johns River for all of my life.
I am a live bait guide that use wild golden shiners. The golden shiner is the number one live bait for the large mouth bass. Nothing is more exciting than watching a shiner jump all the way out of the water when a bass moves in under him. I also use live river shrimp when the shrimp make their annual run up the St. Johns river.
